While we do not claim to be liable for any new damages or lost items during out details. 

Do not misinterpret our intentions.

 In a rare case if evident damage can be seen from our actions, we will get it right. Whether its re-doing the whole detail free of charge, creating a fair compensation, or refunding the detail we will make it right for the customer.

We treat clients and their vehicles with the highest priority. 

We are extremely meticulous and considerate of our clients vehicles.

How long will my detail take?

Detail times vary from car size, cleanliness, car condition and service requested for the car. 

Standard Details - typically range from (1 - 2.5 Hours) 

Exterior Details - typically range from (2 - 4 Hours). 

Interior Details - typically range from (3 - 8 Hours). 

Full Details - typically range from (6 - 12 Hours). 

Paint Corrections - may take a whole day or several days depending on vehicle sizes. But typically it will be finished within (24 - 72 Hours). (For paint corrections over 24 hours we have to return to clients location or optionally have the vehicle dropped off and held to be finished) 

We highly recommend scheduling a detail on a day you are abosolutelty free as detail time varies. This also allows us to really dial in and get the absolute best finish we can achieve.  

Yes.

We require at least one water spigot and a minimum of one electrical outlet.

For interior details preferably 2 separate electrical outlets.

(We do carry our own water hoses and electrical extensions)
